Petitioner seeks for the transfer of O.P.No.2420/2013 pending before the Family Court, Attingal, to the Family Court, Kottarakkara. According to the petitioner, she is residing with her parents within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Kottarakkara. Presently, she finds it difficult to travel from Kottarakkara to Attingal. 3.

Notice has been served on the respondent. No representation for the respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the

TrPC.153/2015 : 2 :

interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.2420/2013 pending before the Family Court, Attingal, to the Family Court, Kottarakkara.

In the result, this Tr.P.(C) is allowed and O.P.No.2420/2013 pending before the Family Court, Attingal is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Kottarakkara.
