~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Both these transfer petitions are filed by the wife seeking the transfer of O.P.No.952/2014 and O.P.No.532/2014 respectively of the Family Court, Irinjalakuda to the Family Court, Thrissur. O.P.No.532/2014 is filed by the husband seeking restitution of conjugal rights and O.P.No.952/2014 is filed by the husband for return of gold ornaments and money. The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Thrissur. 2.
Notice has been served on the respondent and there is no representation for the respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the
TrPC.157&171/2015 : 2 :
interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.952/2014 and O.P.No.532/2014 respectively pending before the Family Court, Irinjalakuda, to the Family Court, Thrissur. In the result, these transfer petitions are allowed and O.P.No.952/2014 and O.P.No.532/2014 respectively pending before the Family Court, Irinjalakuda are ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Thrissur.
