O R D E R

Petitioner wife seeks for the transfer of O.P.No.971 of 2013 of the Family Court, Irinjalakkuda filed by the respondent, to the Family Court, Thrissur. The petitioner with her child is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Thrissur. She has filed O.P.No.382 of 2014 seeking return of gold ornaments and M.C.No.321 of 2014 seeking maintenance from the respondent, before the Family Court, Thrissur.

2. Notice has been served on the respondent. There is no representation for the respondent. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to effect the transfer as prayed for. In the result, this Transfer Petition (Civil) is allowed and O.P.No.971 of 2013 of the Family Court, Irinjalakkuda is transferred to the Family Court, Thrissur.
