O R D E R

Petitioner seeks the transfer of OP 53/2015 pending before the Family Court, Muvattupuzha to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. The said OP was filed by the respondent herein, who is the husband of the petitioner, for getting their marriage declared as null and void. Now, the petitioner is residing with her father aged 77 at Thiruvananthapuram. The petitioner finds it difficult to travel all the way from Thiruvananthapuram to Muvattupuzha to attend the case.

Notice has been served on the respondent. There is no representation for the respondent. Heard

Tr.P.(C) 160 of 2015 -: 2 :- learned counsel for the petitioner.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, and perusal of the records, and on a consideration of the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.53 of 2015 pending before the Family Court, Muvattupuzha to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.

In the result, this Transfer Petition is allowed and O.P.No.53 of 2015 pending before the Family Court, Muvattupuzha is transferred to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.
