O R D E R

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner wife seeks the transfer of OP No.593/2014 of the Family Court, Kozhikode to the Family Court, Kannur. The respondent has filed the said OP for the declaration of the marriage as null and void. The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Kannur. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

Even though the learned counsel for the respondent objects the transfer of the case, when the petitioner wife is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Kannur, it is only just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer OP No.593/2014 of the Family Court, Kozhikode to the Family Court, Kannur.

TrPC.170/2015 : 2 :

In the result, this Tr.P.(C) is allowed and OP No.593/2014 of the Family Court, Kozhikode is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Kannur.
