The latter has filed O.P.No.280 of 2014 in Family Court, Ottapalam and the petitioner has filed O.P.No.532 of 2014 in Family Court, Ottapalam. The prayer is to transfer these petitions to Family Court, Palakkad.

O.P.No.924 of 2014 filed by the petitioner is pending in Family Court, Palakkad. She has a three year child. She now works at Neeleswaram near Kasaragod. The respondent comes from Palakkad District. Having regard to these facts I am inclined to grant the prayer of the petitioner.

In the result, these transfer petitions are allowed. O.P Nos.280 of 2014 and 532 of 2014 are transferred to Family Court Palakkad. Both parties will appear in that court on 24.11.2015.
