~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner wife seeks for the transfer of O.P. (HMA) No.152/2015 filed by the respondent for restitution of conjugal rights before the Family Court, Kottarakkara, to the Family Court, Mavelikkara. According to the petitioner, she is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Mavelikkara.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

On hearing either side and on perusing all the records, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.(HMA) No.152/2015 of the Family Court, Kottarakkara to the Family Court, Mavelikkara.
In the result, this Tr.P.(C) is allowed and O.P.(HMA)
Tr.P.C.176/2015 : 2 :
No.152/2015 pending before the Family Court, Kottarakkara is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Mavelikkara.
