O R D E R

------------ Petitioner is the first respondent in OP.748 of 2013 of family Court, Tirur. The petitioner in the O.P is his wife , who is the respondent in this transfer petition. The request is to transfer the O.P to Family Court, Malappuram.

Petitioner is the first respondent. The second respondent is his mother. The transfer is sought for on the ground that it is inconvenient for his mother, the second respondent to appear before the Family Court, Tirur. No inconvenience of the petitioner is pleaded. So the court cannot take into consideration the inconvenience of the mother, who has not filed transfer petition.
