Even though notice has been served on the respondent, there is no representation for the respondent.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The limited prayer is that O.P.No.113 of 2015 pending before the Family Court, Ottapalam has to be transferred to the Family Court, Palakkad. On going through the contents of the transfer petition and on hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, I do not find any reason to deny the prayer.

In the result, this Transfer Petition (Civil) is allowed and O.P.No.113 of 2015 pending before the Family Court, Ottapalam is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Palakkad.
