O R D E R

Petitioner herein is the respondent in O.P.No.190 of 2015 pending before the Family Court, Kollam, which was filed by the respondent herein as petitioner, seeking restitution of conjugal rights.

2. It seems that the parties are living separately. The petitioner herein is a resident of Thiruvananthapuram. Other similar matters are also pending at the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. O.P.No.6 of 2015 is pending before the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram filed by the petitioner herein seeking the dissolution of marriage, maintenance etc. Similarly, O.P.No.250 of 2015 is also pending before the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram filed by the petitioner, seeking the return of gold ornaments, recovery of money etc. Some other matters are also pending before the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram between the parties.

3. Notice is served on the respondent. No representation for the respondent. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. On going through the matter and hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am satisfied that this is a fit case wherein O.P.No.190 of 2015 pending before the Family Court, Kollam can be ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.

In the result, this Transfer Petition (Civil) is allowed and O.P.No.190 of 2015 pending before the Family Court, Kollam is transferred to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. B.KEMAL PASHA JUDGE DSV/26/5/15
