In Transfer Petition 201 of 2015, she is the petitioner and her husband the first respondent. The other respondents in it are his parents. The O.Ps are pending in Family Court, Irinjalakuda. The prayer is to transfer them to family Court, Ernakulam. 2.

Heard.

The petitioner is a resident of Tripunithura in Ernakulam District and the respondent of Irinjalakuda. The petitioner is aged 29. She is residing with her two year old child. I have no doubt that it is difficult for her to travel from Tripunithura to Irinjalakuda to attend the court. Moreover, two other proceedings are pending between the parties in Family Court, Ernakulam. In these circumstances, it is only proper that the two OPs are transferred to family Court, Ernakulam.

In the result, these petitions are allowed. OP.333 of

Tr.P.(C)NOs.200 OF 2015 & 201 OF 2015 2 2014 and O.P 622 of 2014 of Family Court, Irinjalkuda are transferred to Family Court, Ernakulam. Both parties will appear in that court on 14.12.2015.
