O R D E R

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner is seeking the transfer of O.P.No.767/2014 pending before the Family Court, Ettumanoor, to the Family Court, Muvattupuzha. 2.

The petitioner has filed O.P.(Divorce) No.577/2014 as well as O.P.No.578/2014 before the Family Court, Muvattupuzha against the respondent herein. Thereafter, the respondent has chosen to file O.P.No.767/2014 against the petitioner seeking restitution of conjugal rights before the Family Court, Ettumanoor. 3.

Notice has been served on the respondent. No representation for the respondent. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

On going through the contents of this petition and on hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court

Tr.P.C.202/2015 : 2 :

is satisfied that there is no reason to deny the relief sought for. The transfer is liable to be granted.

In the result, this Tr.P.(C) is allowed and O.P.(C) No.767/2014 pending before the Family Court, Ettumanoor is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Muvattupuzha.
