~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner wife seeks for the transfer of O.P. (HMA) No.565/2014 of the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram filed by the respondent husband seeking divorce, to the Family Court, Kasaragod. The petitioner along with the minor child is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Kasaragod.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

The learned counsel for the respondent has pointed out that there is an apprehension on the part of the respondent that he would be attacked in case he has to appear at the Family Court, Kasaragod.

On hearing either side, it seems that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer the said OP
TrPC.204/2015 : 2 :
from the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram to the Family Court, Kannur.
