O R D E R

The petitioner is seeking transfer of O.P.No.761 of 2014 pending before the Family Court, Palakkad to the Family Court, Thrissur. She has filed M.C.No.89 of 2015 before the Family Court, Thrissur against the respondent. According to the petitioner, she is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Thrissur.

Notice has been duly served on the respondent. There is no representation for the respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

On going through the facts and circumstances of the case, and on hearing the learned counsel for the

Tr.P.(C) 205 of 2015 -: 2 :- petitioner, this Court does not find any reason to deny the relief sought for. Hence this petition is only to be allowed and I do so.
