O R D E R

Petitioner seeks for transfer of OP 1809/2014 pending before the Family Court, Thrissur to the Family Court, Malappuram. The said OP was filed by the husband of the petitioner, who is the respondent herein, seeking divorce. The petitioner had filed MC 504/2014 seeking maintenance, OP 634/14 seeking a decree for divorce and OP 632/14 for realisation of money and gold ornaments, before the Family Court, Malappuram as against the respondent. It was then, the respondent had filed OP 1809/14 before the Family Court, Thrissur seeking divorce.

The petitioner is residing along with her parents

Tr.P.(C) 206 of 2015 -: 2 :- within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Malappuram. 3.

Even though notice has been served on the respondent, there is no representation. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

On going through the facts and circumstances of the case, and on hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any reason to deny the relief sought for. Hence this petition is only to be allowed and I do so.

In the result, this Transfer Petition is allowed and O.P.No.1809 of 2014 pending before the Family Court, Thrissur is transferred to the Family Court, Malappuram. Sd/- B.KEMAL PASHA, JUDGE ul/- [True copy] P.S. to Judge
