O R D E R

The petitioner is seeking the transfer of O.P.No.484 of 2014 of the Family Court, Muvattupuzha to the Family Court, Pathanamthitta. According to the petitioner, she is residing within the local limits of the Family Court, Pathanamthitta. The aforesaid O.P. has been filed by the respondent husband seeking dissolution of marriage.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has pointed out that still the petitioner is in Kuwait and she is not in station. It has also been pointed out that the respondent is not standing in the way of transfer, provided the petitioner

Tr.P.(C).No.208 of 2015 -: 2 :- co-operates with the disposal of the matter at the earliest.

4. On hearing either side and on considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.484 of 2014 of the Family Court, Muvattupuzha to the Family Court, Pathanamthitta.

In the result, this Transfer Petition (Civil) is allowed and O.P.No.484 of 2014 of the Family Court, Muvattupuzha is transferred to the Family Court, Pathanamthitta. The petitioner co-operate with the matter for an early disposal, and shall not seek unnecessary adjournments for going abroad in the meantime.
