ORDER

It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that from an accident three claims arose, two of them are pending before M.A.C.T., Pathanamthitta and one is pending before M.A.C.T.-IV, Pathanamthitta. The petitioner says that pendency of the claims in different courts may result in conflicting decisions. Therefore, it is contended that it is only proper that all the claims be tried by the same court.

2. There is considerable force in the above submission.

Hence, this petition is allowed and O.P.(M.V.) 1500 of 2012 pending before M.A.C.T.-IV, Pathanamthitta shall stand transferred to M.A.C.T., Pathanamthitta to be

tried along with O.P.(M.V.) Nos. 1499 of 2012 and 626 of 2014.
