O R D E R

The petitioner in this Transfer Petition (Civil) is the husband of the 1st respondent. The 2nd respondent is his mother-in-law. The petitioner seeks transfer of O.P.No.1022 of 2011 pending before the Family Court, Malappuram to the Family Court, Tirur.

2. It seems that O.P.No.1022 of 2011, sought to be transferred, is one praying for the custody of the minor, who is the daughter of the petitioner and the 1st respondent. It seems that the minor is residing within the local limits of the Family Court, Malappuram. Moreover, the minor is a student, who is pursuing her studies at a school at Malappuram. In this context, in the interest of minor, a

Tr.P.(C).No.230 of 2015 -: 2 :- transfer as sought for, cannot be granted.
