O R D E R

Petitioner is seeking the transfer of OP 427/2015 filed by her husband before the Family Court, Ernakulam seeking restitution of conjugal rights, to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram, for trial along with OP(HMA) 343/2015, filed by her for getting the marriage declared as a nullity. The petitioner is residing at Thiruvananthapuram. 2.

Even though notice has been served on the respondent, there is no representation. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on going through the facts and circumstances of the

Tr.P.(C) 231 of 2015 -: 2 :- case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.427 of 2015 of the Family Court, Ernakulam to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram for trial along with O.P(HMA)No.343 of 2015.

In the result, this Transfer Petition is allowed and O.P.No.427 of 2015 of the Family Court, Ernakulam is transferred to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram for trial along with O.P(HMA)No.343 of 2015.
