O R D E R

Petitioner wife seeks the transfer of O.P.No.206 of 2015, filed by the respondent husband seeking restitution of conjugal rights, before the Family Court, Pathanamthitta, to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.

2. The petitioner has filed O.P.No.635 of 2015 before the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram for declaration, recovery of money, gold ornaments etc. The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.

3. Notice has been served on the respondent. There is no representation for the respondent. Heard the learned

Tr.P.(C)No.232 of 2015 counsel for the petitioner.

4. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to effect the transfer as prayed for. In the result, this Transfer Petition (Civil) is allowed and O.P.No.206 of 2015 pending before the Family Court, Pathanamthitta is transferred to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.
