O R D E R

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner wife seeks for the transfer of O.P.No.197/2015 of the Family Court, Malappuram filed by the respondent, to the Family Court, Irinjalakkuda. The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Irinjalakkuda. She finds it difficult to travel all the way from Irinjalakkuda to Malappuram to attend the case. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records.

On considering the facts and circumstances of the case and on hearing either side, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.197/2015 of the Family Court, Malappuram to the Family Court, Irinjalakkuda.
