O R D E R

Petitioner wife seeks for the transfer of O.P.(HMA) No.93 of 2015, filed by the respondent before the Family Court, Mavelikkara, to the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor. Earlier, O.P.No.170 of 2013, pending before the Family Court, Pala, was ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor, at the instance of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. On hearing either side and on considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is satisfied that it

Tr.P.(C)No.242 of 2015 is just and convenient in the interest of justice to effect the transfer as prayed for.

In the result, this Transfer Petition (Civil) is allowed and O.P.(HMA)No.93 of 2015 pending before the Family Court, Mavelikkara is transferred to the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor.
