O R D E R

The petitioner wife has sought for the transfer of O.P.No.273 of 2015 of the Family Court, Nedumangad to the Family Court, Kozhikode. According to the petitioner, she is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Kozhikode.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. According to the learned counsel for the respondent, the respondent is 72 years old and has now taken shelter in an Ashram, which is within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Nedumangad. He has chosen to file the

Tr.P.(C).No.244 of 2015 -: 2 :- said O.P., seeking dissolution of marriage, at the Family Court, Nedumangad.

4. On hearing either side and on considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to effect the transfer as prayed for.

In the result, this Transfer Petition (Civil) is allowed and O.P.No.273 of 2015 of the Family Court, Nedumangad is transferred to the Family Court, Kozhikode.
