According to the petitioner, presently, she is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Ottapalam. Over and above it, the respondent along with the children are also residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Ottapalam.

Notice has been served on the respondent. There is no representation for the respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.(G&W) No.110/2015 of

TrPC.245/2015 : 2 :

the Family Court, Malappuram to the Family Court, Ottapalam.
