~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner wife seeks the transfer of O.P. No.1569/2014 of the Family Court, Thrissur filed by the respondent husband seeking a decree of divorce, to the Family Court, Palakkad. The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Palakkad.

Notice has been served on the respondent and there is no representation for the respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P. No.1569/2014 of the
TrPC.246/2015 : 2 :
Family Court, Thrissur to the Family Court, Palakkad. In the result, this Tr.P.(C) is allowed and O.P. No.1569/2014 of the Family Court, Thrissur is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Palakkad.
