Petitioner wife seeks for the transfer of O.P. (Divorce) No.75/2015 of the Family Court, Kottarakkara filed by the respondent husband, to the Family Court, Pathanamthitta. The petitioner is a permanent resident of Ayiroor, which is within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Pathanamthitta.

Notice has been served on the respondent and there is no representation for the respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.(Divorce) No.75/2015 of the
TrPC.250/2015 : 2 :
Family Court, Kottarakkara filed by the respondent husband, to the Family Court, Pathanamthitta.
