O R D E R

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner husband seeks the transfer of O.P.No.79/2015 of the Family Court Nedumangadu, to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram, where two other OPs between the parties are pending. It seems that the 1st respondent had filed O.P.111/2015 against the petitioner before the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram seeking custody of the minor child. After that, the 1st respondent has filed the aforesaid OP before the Family Court, Nedumangadu. The petitioner had filed O.P.No.1414/2014 seeking dissolution of marriage before the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.

Notice has been served on the respondents. No representation for the respondents. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

On going through the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P. No.79/2015 of the Family Court Nedumangadu, to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.
