O R D E R

The petitioner is seeking transfer of O.P.No.121 of 2015 pending before the Family Court, Thiruvalla to the Family Court, Mavelikara for trial and disposal along with O.P.No.510 of 2015 pending before the Family Court, Mavelikara. The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. On hearing either side, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.121 of 2015 pending before the Family Court, Thiruvalla to the Family Court, Mavelikara for trial and

Tr.P.(C).No.256 of 2015 -: 2 :- disposal along with O.P.No.510 of 2015.
