O R D E R
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner seeks for the transfer of O.P.No.45/2015 pending before the Family Court, Pala, to the Family Court, Ernakulam. The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband. The petitioner is living at Ernakulam with her 11⁄2 year old child. The petitioner filed MC.104/2015 against the respondent before the Family Court, Ernakulam. Further, the petitioner has filed O.P.554/2015 against the respondent for recovery of an amount of ₹38,24,782.06, before the Family Court, Ernakulam.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

It seems that the petitioner is employed at Ernakulam and she is living with her minor child. On
TrPC.257/2015 : 2 :
hearing both sides and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.45/2015 pending before the Family Court, Pala to the Family Court, Ernakulam.
