~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner wife seeks the transfer of OP No.544/2014 of the Family Court, Pala filed by the respondent, to the Family Court, Muvattupuzha. The petitioner has filed OP.No.121/2015 before the Family Court, Muvattupuzha against the respondent for the return of gold ornaments, money, etc. Over and above it, she has filed O.P.No.644/2014 before the Family Court, Muvattupuzha against the respondent seeking restitution of conjugal rights. The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Muvattupuzha.

and on considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer OP No.544/2014 of the Family Court, Pala filed by the respondent to the Family Court, Muvattupuzha.
