~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ The husband has come up with the request for getting O.P.(G&W) No.360/2015 transferred to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram from the Family Court, Nedumangad.

Service of notice is complete. No representation for the respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Ext.P2 order of this Court shows that altogether there are five more cases pending between the parties and all those cases have been transferred to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent is also working at Thiruvananthapuram. The minor children are presently residing with the respondent. It is the same distance from

her residence to the Family Court, Nedumangad as well as the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. When all other matters have already been transferred to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram through Ext.P2 order, there is no reason to deny the present request.
