~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ The petitioner wife seeks for the transfer of O.P.No.412/2014 of the Family Court, Palakkad filed by the respondent husband seeking restitution of conjugal rights, to the Family Court, Attingal in Thiruvananthapuram district. The petitioner is living with her two year old child within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Attingal.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

On hearing either side and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.412/2014 of the Family Court, Palakkad to the Family Court, Attingal.
