O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The petitioner wife seeks for the transfer of O.P.No.439 of 2015 of the Family Court, Attingal to the Family Court, Kollam. The said O.P. is one filed by the respondent husband seeking restitution of conjugal rights. The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Kollam.

3. Notice has been served on the respondent. There is no representation for the respondent. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to effect the transfer as prayed for. In the result, this Transfer Petition (Civil) is allowed and O.P.No.439 of 2015 of the Family Court, Attingal is transferred to the Family Court, Kollam.
