O R D E R

The petitioner seeks the transfer of O.P.No.370 of 2015 of the Family Court, Kottarakkara, filed by the respondent, who is her husband, seeking divorce, to the Family Court, Attingal. O.P.No.525 of 2013 filed by the petitioner against the respondent is pending before the Family Court, Attingal. The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Attingal.

2. Notice has been served on the respondent. There is no representation for the respondent. Heard the learned

Tr.P.(C).No.288 of 2015 -: 2 :- counsel for the petitioner.

3. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to effect the transfer as prayed for. In the result, this Transfer Petition (Civil) is allowed and O.P.No.370 of 2015 of the Family Court, Kottarakkara is transferred to the Family Court, Attingal.
