O R D E R

Petitioner wife seeks for the transfer of O.P.No.270 of 2015, of the Family Court, Palakkad, to the Family Court, Alappuzha. The said O.P. has been filed by the respondent seeking divorce. The petitioner is residing with her parents at Ambalapuzha, within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Alappuzha.

2. Notice has been served on the respondent. There is no representation for the respondent. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on considering the facts and circumstances of this

Tr.P.(C)No.291 of 2015 case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to effect the transfer as prayed for. In the result, this Transfer Petition (Civil) is allowed and O.P.No.270 of 2015, of the Family Court, Palakkad is transferred to the Family Court, Alappuzha.
