O R D E R

Petitioner is the wife of the respondent, who has filed O.P.No.403 of 2015 in Family Court, Kollam. Her request is to transfer it to Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.

2. The petitioner has filed M.C.No.135 of 2007 in Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. She is a resident of Thiruvananthapuram. The respondent comes from Kollam. It is proper that both proceedings are enquired into by the same Court. Having regard to the facts of the case, O.P.No.403 of 2015 will be transferred to Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. In the result, this transfer petition is allowed. O.P.No.403 of 2015 of Family Court, Kollam is transferred to Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram, which shall issue notice to both parties for their appearance.
