O R D E R

Petitioner is seeking the transfer of OP 127/2015 pending before the Family Court, Pala, to the Family Court, Malappuram. Petitioner is the wife and respondent is the husband. The said OP was filed by the respondent seeking restitution of conjugal rights. The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Malappuram. She finds it very difficult to travel all the way from Malappuram to Pala for contesting the Original Petition. M.C.No.431 of 2014 filed by the petitioner against the respondent is pending before the Family Court, Malappuram.

Even though notice has been served on the

Tr.P.(C) 309 of 2015 -: 2 :- respondent, there is no representation. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on going through the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.127 of 2015 of the Family Court, Pala to the Family Court, Malappuram In the result, this Transfer Petition is allowed and O.P.No.127 of 2015 of the Family Court, Pala is transferred to the Family Court, Malappuram.
