O R D E R

Petitioner, who is the wife, is seeking the transfer of OP 424/2015 filed by the respondent husband before the Family Court, Mavelikara seeking restitution of conjugal rights, to the Family Court, Alappuzha. The petitioner, along with her minor daughter, is residing with her parents at Alappuzha which is within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Alappuzha and she finds it difficult to travel all the way from Alappuzha to Mavelikara, for attending the case. 2.

Even though notice has been served on the respondent, there is no representation. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Tr.P.(C) 312 of 2015 -: 2 :- 3.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on going through the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.424 of 2015 of the Family Court, Mavelikara, to the Family Court, Alappuzha. In the result, this Transfer Petition is allowed and O.P.No.424 of 2015 of the Family Court, Mavelikara is transferred to the Family Court, Alappuzha.
