O R D E R

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner wife seeks for the transfer of O.P.No.424/2015 filed by the respondent before the Family Court, Irinjalakuda, to the Family Court, Tirur. The petitioner has filed MC.98/2015 before the Family Court, Tirur seeking maintenance from the respondent. The petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Tirur. 2.

Notice has been served on the respondent and there is no representation for the respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is only just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.424/2015 filed by the respondent before the Family Court, Irinjalakuda, to the

TrPC.313/2015 : 2 :

Family Court, Tirur.

In the result, this Tr.P.(C) is allowed and O.P.No.424/2015 filed by the respondent before the Family Court, Irinjalakuda is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Tirur.
