~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Tr.P.(C) No.330/2015 is filed by the wife against the husband seeking transfer of O.P.No.623/2014 of the Family Court, Alappuzha filed by the respondent seeking dissolution of marriage, to the Family Court, Ernakulam. Tr.P.(C) No.331/2015 is also filed by her seeking the transfer of O.P.No.170/2015 of the Family Court, Alappuzha filed by her against the respondent and others also to the Family Court, Ernakulam. According to the petitioner, presently, she is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Ernakulam with her three daughters.

Notice has been served on the respondent. No representation for the respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner

and on considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.No.623/2014 and O.P.No.170/2015 pending before the Family Court, Alappuzha to the Family Court, Ernakulam.
In the result, these transfer petitions are allowed and O.P.No.623/2014 and O.P.No.170/2015 pending before the Family Court, Alappuzha are ordered to transferred to the Family Court, Ernakulam.
