O R D E R

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner husband seeks for the transfer of OP (G&W) No.230/2015 of the Family Court, Pala to the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor. The said OP was filed by the respondent wife. Similarly, the respondent has filed OP No.295/2015 seeking divorce and OP No.296/2015 for recovery of the amounts against the petitioner, before the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor. On that ground, the transfer of the case has been sought for.

Notice has been served on the respondent and there is no representation for the respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer OP(G&W) No.230/2015 of the

TrPC.335/2015 : 2 :

Family Court, Pala, to the Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor.
