O R D E R

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioner wife seeks the transfer of O.P.(G&W) No.376/2015 filed by the respondent husband before the Family Court, Nedumangad, to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. According to the petitioner, she is employed at Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram and is residing with her minor child, within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

On hearing either side and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.(G&W)No.376/2015 of the Family Court, Nedumangad, to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.
