Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

On hearing either side and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that it is just and convenient in the interest of justice to transfer O.P.(G&W) No.224/2015 of the Family Court, Thalassery, to

the Family Court, Vadakara.
