J U D G M E N T

Petitioner is the husband of the respondent, who filed O.P.No.215 of 2015 on the file of Family Court, Pala for restitution of conjugal rights.

The prayer is to transfer the O.P to Family Court, Thodupuzha. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Though the respondent has been served with notice he has not appeared.

The petitioner is a resident of Thodupuzha. She is working at Thodupuzha. The respondent come from a place near Pala. The petitioner is aged 38 years. Having regard to these facts I am inclined to grant the prayer. In the result, this transfer petition is allowed. O.P.No.215 of 2015 of Family Court, Pala is transferred to Family Court, Thodupuzha. The Family Court, Pala is to transmit all the records to Family Court, Thodupuzha. The Family Court, Thodupuzha shall issue notice to both parties for their appearance.
