JUDGMENT

Read interim order dated 08.01.2010, the operative portion of which reads as under:- In view of Ext.P1 interim order passed by this Court on an earlier occasion, I am prima facie of the opinion that the petitioner is entitled to an interim order as prayed for. I accordingly direct respondents 1 and 2 to issue a clearance certificate to the petitioner within one week from today. It is clarified that the issuance of the clearance certificate pursuant to this order will not stand in the way of respondents 1 and 2 from proceeding against the assets of the petitioner's late father if any in his hands.

Making the aforesaid interim order absolute, the writ petition stands closed.
