O R D E R

The petitioner is the respondent in O.P.(G & W) No.5 of 2015 on the file of Family Court, Pathanamthitta. The opposite parties are her husband and his parents. The prayer is to transfer the O.P to Family Court, Kottarakkara. The ground is that it is very inconvenient for the petitioner to appear before the court at Pathanamthitta. Notice on the first respondent could not be served as he is abroad. I am satisfied that no prejudice will be caused to him as he is abroad. So notice to him is dispensed with. 2.

M.C.42 of 2015 and O.P.150 of 2015 filed by the petitioner are pending in the Family Court, Kottarakara. The respondents come from Konni, which is not very for away from Kottarakara. Having regard to this fact I am of the view that transfer of the O.P pending in the Family Court, Pathanamthitta to Family Court, Kottarakara will not cause any prejudice to the respondents.

In the result, this transfer petition is allowed.

TR.P.(C)No.390 of 2015 O.P.No.5 of 2015 on the file of Family Court, Pathanamthitta is transferred to Family Court, Kottarakara. The Judge, Family Court, Pathanamthitta will transmit all the records to the Family Court, Kottarakara, which shall issue notice to the parties for their appearance. sd/- K.
