She has filed O.P.No.597 of 2014 and O.P.152 of 2014 in Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram. The prayer is to transfer them to Family Court, Attingal.

Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

O.P.No.663 of 2015 filed by the petitioner and O.P.No.1101 of 2014 filed by the respondent are pending before the Family Court, Attingal. It is submitted that the respondent is residing close to Family Court, Attingal. For these reasons I am inclined to grant the prayer of the petitioner.

In the result, these transfer petitions are allowed. O.P.Nos.597 of 2014 and 152 of 2014 on the file of Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram are transferred to Family Court, Attingal. Both parties shall appear before that court on 17.11.2015.
