J U D G M E N T

Heard the learned counsel for the appellant. It is seen from the report submitted by the Co-ordinator, District Mediation Centre, Kasaragod that the matter has been settled in a mediation. Along with the report, the terms of settlement is also produced. As per the terms of settlement, the parties have settled the dispute and agreed to seek disposal of the appeal in terms of the compromise. The memorandum of settlement is recorded and it shall form part of this judgment. The appeal is disposed in terms of the compromise. There is no order as to costs.
