ORDER

Petitioner is the wife of the respondent, who has filed O.P.No.643 of 2014 and O.P.No.701 of 2015 against her in Family Court, Kollam. The request is transfer it to Family Court, Ernakulam. 2.

Heard.

Petitioner is aged 26. She has an infant with her. She is residing with her parents. It is very difficult for her travel all the way from Ernakulam to Kollam to attend the court frequently. So in the interest of justice the proceedings will be transferred to Family Court, Ernakulam.

In the result, this petition is allowed. O.P.No.643 of 2014 and O.P.No.701 of 2015 of Family Court, Kollam are transferred to Family Court, Ernakulam. Both parties shall appear before that court on 30.12.2015.
