O R D E R
Petitioner is the wife of the respondent, who has filed O.P.No.587 of 2015 in Family Court, Irinjalakkuda. The prayer is to transfer it to Family Court, Ernakulam.
2. Heard.
3. Petitioner is a resident of Aluva and the respondent of Kodassery, Thrissur. She is aged 24 years. Now she is residing in a rented house at Thrissur. It is submitted that O.P.No.1014 of 2015 filed by the petitioner is pending in Family Court, Ernakulam. So I am inclined to grant the prayer. In the result, this transfer petition is allowed. O.P.No.587 of 2015 of Family Court, Irinjalakkuda is transferred to Family Court, Ernakulam. Both parties shall appear in that Court on 01.12.2015.
